Unbelievable level of disregard

This company is a bunch of sharks. I was side swiped by one of their insured companies 2 months ago. My vehicle was just 2 weeks old and the owner of the vehicle that hit me agree to go their insurance QuickSure for the repairs, and they paid over the excess. In the past two months I have been passed from pillar to post, one ridiculous excuse after the other. The merits of the case was then reviewed by their attorneys "Louwrens Coetzer Partners", what merits I don't know seeing the driver accepted full responsibility. I got two quotes as per their request for the repairs of my vehicle, which they reduced by R7000.00 due to "negotiations" from their assessors side. On finally agreeing to the costs and the repairer agreeing to repair my vehicle for that cost, I get told this morning QuickSure have requested their auditors get involved. WHAT FOR??? The other driver side swiped me and accepted responsibility!!! The panelbeaters accepted their new pricing!!! The level of ridiculousness is unbelievable. All I want is my car to be repaired, it was 2 weeks old when I was hit. How much longer do I have to put up with this bull!
