Terrible Insurer

We have Insurance with a Broker, Rossbern Business Consultants, who moved us over to Quicksure Insurance, my Mother who has been with these so called Brokers for over 11 years and has never made a claim, but has paid over R 200 000.00 in Insurance for the Vehicles and Household, was recently broken into, her Household Insurance if for R 100 000.00 so she put in a claim for R 13 000.00, for a laptop and Jewelry, the laptop was a gift for her 60th birthday present 9 years ago and the jewelry was accumulated over the years either as gifts from her late husband, gifts from family and from her late mother, heirlooms. The Insurance is now refusing to pay out on the grounds that she does not have proof of the laptop, it was a gift, she does not have proof of the jewelry, also gifts and heirlooms that not even R 13 000.00 would replace! Please don't waste your time insuring with Quicksure or Rossbern Business Consultants, they are a bunch of *******! Just a review so no one else gets wastes their hard earned money and loses their stuff but their faith in people who claim to have your best interests at heart!
