Dear Hellopeter<br> <br> Quicksure has declined my claim after I had been a loyal payer of insurance premiums to them. I gave them my statement and they decided to change my statement to suit their organisations pockets. The owner, Johan Nel, came to my office unannounced and coerced me to sign their hand written statement of which they falsify witnesses or evidence.<br> I was not provided the courtesy vehicle services of which I had been paying for monthly, during the processing of the claim.<br> All panel beaters advised me that Quicksure *****s money from their clients. This is now evident. I wish someone could assist me to rise up and stop this ****************.<br>

You are making very serious allegations and do not have your facts correct.
In the first instance Johan Nel is a private investigator and most certainly not the owner of Quicksure.
We will refrain form posting the reasons for the rejection of your claim on this forum, but you are more than welcome to lodge an official complaint with the Ombudsman for Short-Term Insurance.
