Saxum Quicksure liquidation

I was involved in a car accident in 26 April 2016 and they said the car was a right off, an assessor was appointed and then the case started to drag and when they responded they said they will not pay up due to certain false reasons. I took the case to Ombudsman where after a while of following up they said Saxum is under liquidation and for that reason they can not assist, so now I just renew my license disc for a car that's not there, yesterday when I went to renew the license disc I was told it's already renewed by somebody else, how I don't know
