Ridiculous waiting time period to repair my vehicl

I have been in a accident a month back with my Hyundai I10, got hit by a drunk driver who skipped a Stop Street. Quick-sure Towed my vehicle from the scene.I have never in my life experience such bad services anywhere. They got a quote to repair my Vehicle for over R84000 they reduce the quote to R57000 without consulting the Ben's Panel beaters whether they will accept the lowered quote after 3 weeks. They informed me they have given the go ahead form the panel beaters to go forward with the repair. After four days passed I call to follow up how far they are. Only to be told that I, the client must follow up with the panel beater myself. After doing that I was informed that the panel beaters still did not receive the authorization to repair. They got 1 quote at 1 panel beater & decided to write my vehicle off, because that's whats been suggested to them by the panel beater. I just want to say my car is still driving it just need body repairs to the bonnet, venders and bumper. Not even major repairs. They want to write off my vehicle without even a 2nd opinion. We are still awaiting feedback if the money can be paid to us to repair the car ourselves. I still have hear nothing.
