QuickSure/BSure Insurance, Excuses not to pay out.
Quicksure-Old Mutual Insure. Not reliable at all! Pathetic Insurance with even more pathetic Service. Motorcycle was ******. Waited 3 months for a response. Senseless clauses in fine writing to not pay out. Quicksure is quick to collect their monthly premium but wen it comes to a claim they find routes to avoid paying out. Will not recommend to anyone. Cancel your policy with Quicksure as soon as you can.

This particular claim was unfortunately repudiated in terms of the policy, as the policy holder did not comply with specific requirements.
Although the complaint escalated to the Insurance Ombud, the Ombud ruled in favour of the Insurer and the rejection was upheld as correct.
To suffer any loss is never easy for any person, and we always attempt to assist the best possible, but when the insured does not comply with the policy terms and conditions, then we are sadly unable to assist.
