Quicksure taking for ever on a claim

My camera broke, this is my source of income, being a stay at home mother, no its been weeks, and i had to cancel work. Plus the pay out is R500 less that would replace my camera. I have emailed and phoned and phoned and emailed. Poor service to me as a client. So disapointed.
