Quicksure Premium increase of 34% - ridiculous

I received a letter from Quicksure to inform me that my annual increase would be effective 1 Aug. They want to increase my premium with 34%, even on the Hyundai IX35 that's on my insurance only for 1 month!!!!!! I sent them a mail requesting a breakdown of all the increased premiums and then again mailed them to complain about it, this was 6 July, since then no one bothered to contact me back. I mailed them again on Friday 17 July, sent it to a number of people at Quicksure (8 people to be exact) and as expected, again no response. Sent them another mail today 21 July, lets see what happens. (Very little hope for positive feedback......)<br> Seems to me since Mutual and Federal took them over their service went out the door. <br> A very disappointed customer of 6 years with them.....
