Quicksure & P&G KZN PTY- POOR SERVICE, NO HONESTY & INTEGRITY

I have registered a claim via my broker on 04/08/22 for a problem of no water filling in my washing machine. This problem started on 03/08/2022 when there was a power surge while the machine was doing a load of washing. The surge was confirmed by the time on the microwave going to 0:00 P&G KZN PTY was appointed on 06/08/22 to assess the damage. On 08/08/22 without removing the panel, the technician (Seelan) told me that the PC Board (which is under the panel) and the valves needs to be replaced. On 12/08/22 my broker received a mail from Zelda Grabler (Quicksure's claim technician) stating that P&G's reports that if there was a surge the machine will be completely dead, and the fault is related to a component failure. I have obtained a quote for the 3 parts from Hirsch and submitted to Quicksure via my broker. Zelda Grabler called Hirsch to confirm what causes these components to blow. Hirsch's representative confirmed that a surge will cause the failure of these parts. I have called another company(Appliance repair king) who confirmed that a surge caused the IC's on the valve circuit to blow which will not send current to the valves to open to allow water into the machine . Quicksure now wants me to get a second opinion at my cost. Its now 2 and a half weeks without a working machine which is costing me money on calls and a temporary washing **** (R150/day). I have requested for the technicians job card, P&G's report and the technicians (Seelan) qualification and Samsung's certification to take my complain to the media and ombudsman which Quicksure refuses to share. The honesty and integrity of P&G and Quicksure is in question
