Quicksure Old Mutual car insurance

I have a car insurance which I was paying R2234 when I started now I’m paying R2760. In 2022 August I was involved in a car accident on which I was not at fault but the truck was the one who was on fault. Fast forward when the calculated my quotation they said I have to pay R21100 acces cos I’ve just started the insurance with them cos if I don’t pay my car will stay like that until they get money from the truck’s insurance. I have been calling them they don’t even bother calling me to update me sometimes when I call they hangup on me or they tell me that they haven’t gotten any feedback from the company. It’s 2 years now but still there’s nothing the don’t call me or anything. Quicksure Old Mutual is a **** actually Old Mutual is a **** I want my money back.
