What has happened since John has left a few years ago. Please can you just anser the telephone at the office

Due to load shedding challenges and then generator malfunction, the office has experienced some issues surrounding the telephones, this issue has since been resolved, all brokers letters have been submitted to all our brokers to keep them updated during this time.
