QUICKSURE MAKING A JOKE OF INSURANCE COMPANIES

We had a vehicle accident end of August 2015, after numerous email's and phone calls, and speaking to more than one consultant, today more than a month ago, I still do not have an answer or outcome on my claim. I had to request a second settlement. Investigators are sent out to investigate your accident due to a high loss for THEM. What about Me, and MY Loss? They state in emails that \further advises will follow". It never does. I have to find out from them"
