Pathetic service - Quicksure Insurance

I have been dealing with Quicksure for the past 7 months on a 3rd party vehicle damage claim. When engaging them with an intent to do 3rd party claim, they told me not to claim from my insurer, and I agreed. Further, they said the 3rd party claims take no less than 3 months. I accepted and submitted all the documents they needed. Then I never heard from them. I had to chase them with emails and calls and I included my insurance broker to assist. Nothing improved. Then, I was told, by them, that their client must take the car for repairs before my case can be looked at. This piece of information was never said in the beginning as a procedure. I then informed their client and he did take the car in to be fixed. Then I went back to them with this information hoping that my case will finally be heard. I was wrong. Too optimistic maybe. Quicksure then said it is not them who are responsible for fixing the car, but Santam! Yho. A new name drops in now.

Further to that, I was told I can even involve lawyers if I am not satisfied.

The best thing they do is to email Santam when my broker or myself send them an email for the feedback. Nothing else they do.
