Quicksure

I bought a car from BMW ZAMBEZI which I insured the car with them, the car was in accident same day I took delivery, they did investigation and found out the car was not road worthy and declined my claim, they said go to dealer after three month of investigating. BMW gave them a road worthy certificate both BMW and QUICKSURE are refusing to pay.
