Poor & UNEXEPTABLE service for R1716.64 premium

After an accident i launched a claim at quicksure on the 9th of JULY 2015 the car was taken too best auto pannelbeaters, today is 23rd of JULY 2015 and it's still at best auto untouched because my insurance quicksure that costs me R1716.64 a month that increased in 2 years time from 1200.00 to 1716.64 and i never claimed in 2 years up untill now.Alot of times i can't get hold of Emily i leave messages to call me back because i don't get feedback she never does.don't reply emails, nothing!.I'm fedd up now,i don't have any other form of transport to get to work and get payed to afford the rediculiously high primium for one car and get service this bad.Tried to communicate with the supervisor but always put me threw an extention that is busy and i must leave a voice mail and directly after say the mailbox is full [URL Removed] department the same filed a complaint and after 2 days no feedback.please help!
