POOR SERVICE, NO FEEDBACK, USELESS

<p>I had an accident two weeks ago and my car is still untouched! We have been calling numerous times and they make us believe they will call back, but they never do! And they promise every day that they will send the necessary documents to the panel beaters to start working on the car, but again, they don't. We have to struggle to get hold of them every day, and each time it's the same story and this has been going on for two weeks! Never in my life have I experienced such poor service, at the end of each month they have no problem taking money from us, but when it comes to claiming, it takes forever. Useless service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
