Poor service
<p>On the 28th of August , I was involved in an accident with my bike and they came to take it for inspection. I was told after the inspection that it was a write-off. They asked for the settlement amounts, etc. Till today nothing has been done.</p>

We made numerous telephone calls and sent many emails to yourself requesting outstanding documentation last year in order for us to finalize the claim. We only received same from you on 20 January 2017.
