Please Accept responsibilty and fix my radio

I took my car for repairs at the Quicksure Approved panel beaters in Limpopo (Prima Limpopo).<br> They repaired the damaged panel and did a good job.After a day my radio stopped working. I assumed it was a technical fault that BMW will cover under warranty so I took it to them for fixing.They diagnosed that the radio amplifier had been tempered with and they also found some metal residue in it which showed that this amplifier had been disturbed by Prima Pane Beaters during the panel repair. They gave me a report in writing supporting this, which I took to Quicksure. I liaised with Emily Galane who explained to me that the assessor picked up that the radio damage was not as a result of the initial accident that Prima repaired hence denying the responsibility to fix this radio problem.I find it unreasonable for my insurance to deny responsibility of this as they should cover me for any negligence that was done by their approved panel beater. My insurance company should act and solve this with the panel beater to sort out my radio as they recommended that I take my car there for repairs. I make sure I pay my insurance every month so that I am always covered, including incidences lyk this
