Nothing happening on claim

09 June 2015 - Claim lodged with Jeremiah of Quicksure.<br> 10 June 2015 - Called Jeremiah to state hadn't received claim ref number. He informed me he has not logged the claim yet!<br> 11 June 2015 - Received SMS from Quicksure advising claim reference number.<br> 12 June 2015 - Receive call from 3rd party assessor in JHB who gathers I am in CPT and states CPT based assessor will be in touch to arrange time to view vehicle.<br> 17 June 2015 - I call Jeremiah to ask why assessor has not called yet. Jeremiah states he will follow up.<br> 18 June 2015 - Unable to reach Jeremiah, and to date, still no call from assessor.<br> <br> This kind of service is not acceptable. Fix it.<br>
