Not in future for sure!

<p>This started with a motorists worst nightmare... an accident. Occurred on 15 December 2016. Completed all the formalities as one would in this unfortunate incident and followed protocol as per insurance policy. I own premium luxury German motor vehicle and I prefer my vehicle to go to an authorised body repair shop. I made this clear from my initial communication with Quicksure. How a clear instruction like that has surpassed the thinking capacity of a so called auditor, one can only wonder! And when i try to contact the person, they contineously ignore my calls leave alone have any decency to return my call. Up until today my vehicle has not been attended to but quicksure is adamant that the car hire on my policy will only last 30 days from recieved date. I would never recommend this pathetic insurance company to anybody. Bunch of theives. They are ready to call you or stand very far away if your premium is unpaid yet when it's time to assist their bread and butter they run and hide!</p>
