No service!!!!

Lucinda Scheepers has assigned a claim to Wendy Rousseau on 22/04/2015 to which Lucinda gave me her details (email address, tel nr etc.). On 24/04/2015 I've emailed all the relevant documentation to Wendy for the claim recovery.<br> I tried to follow up with Wendy on 05/05/2015 and 06/05/2015 but there's no answer (tel nr *** doesn't even start to ring). I went to Quicksure's website and phoned the 'Contact Us' nr but you hold on for 4min and then get cut off.<br> I cannot work with brokers that don't want to work at all. I really hope that Wendy's manager / boss takes this up with her as she's going to cost them client's.
