No Service

My computer got struck by lightening (it was still usable but the network port had blown), so I submitted the claim to Quicksure on the 4th of March.<br> My Broker suggested I get a quote while waiting for them to process the claim.<br> <br> They asked me to send my computer to their preferred repair company for assessment, which was collected on the 6th. <br> <br> Despite several phone calls I received no feedback. On the 17th they send me a quote to replace the entire computer. I accepted on condition that I get the computer back to recover my data.<br> To my horror, I discovered that the damaged computer had already been sold and my data could not be recovered. <br> <br> Having gotten over that hurdle, I accepted their offer on the 24th of March and am still waiting for them to transfer the promised amount.<br> <br> In summary: I have been without a computer for over 4 weeks and I'm at my wit's end.<br>
