NO attention to detail

I submitted a claim with quicksure on 18/05/2015. The claim was processed and we await the assessor's response on the claim. We now receive the response, with the payout they want me to accept less than half of what I paid for the product. I open the quote they have sourced themselves, only to discover that they did not even get a quote on the same product I am claiming on. How ridiculous is that? This is also not the first time that quiksure *****s me over. I will for sure find myself another insurance company to deal with my things. Thank you so much for your pathetic service.
