Never use this company for insurance

My family and I on the 17/02/2016 were involved in an accident.My wife then called the insurance 2 repair the car they sent numerous forms and it was filled out.They then took 2 days 2 get back to her.Then I called in and complained about the service 2 the team leader of Sindy who in my opinion was more useless than Sindy.Up till 2day I have not heard from the assessor or the stupid dumb consultants.They rude n arrogant n forget that your premium pays part of their salary.IF YOU NEED INSURANCE NEVER USE QUICK SURE AND THEY ARE USELESS AND DOWN RIGHT A **** READ HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE UNHAPPY WITH QUICKSURE SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM PROVIDING A SERVICE OF THIS HIGH NATURE I SCARE TO IMAGINE IF MY CAR IS A WRITE OFF IF THEY WILL PAY OR NOT.QUICKSURE SHOULD HAVE A NAME CHANGE 2 NEVERSURE OR SUPERSLOWSURE.The company claims 2 be backed by Mutual n Federal I wonder if they know the name is been dragged in the dirt.Please don't use this company they are pathetic.
