Most ************, dishonest, *********** company

These people are inefficient, *********** and illiterate. Or else they are running a ****. Firstly they insulted my son in law and daughter when they made a claim. This being the manager of all people!!! They didn't even sort out their claim although 5 months had passed. Who is being unreasonable. They allowed my daughter and son-in-law to be abused and then asked them to co-operate with the abusers!!! What kind of a manager is this??? He should go for re-training and then fired if he can't complete a simple investigation and find out the truth. Then then write me an email to increase my premiums when I didn't make a claim at all!!! They are punishing me for something I didn't claim!!! They are rogues, cheats, ***** and *********. How can someone ask me to pay a higher premium on my insurance when I didn't make any claim? They say I made a claim which they paid out last year. So who is being *****lent? This company is *********, unprofessional and *************. I'm definitely going to look for someone who is honest and fair. Quicksure you sure are very slow finalising claims. 5 months and still not resolved through no fault of the client. You employ bullies!
