Most pathetic, disgusting company

Quicksure is certainly NOT quick. They don't care about their clients at all. I am suffering for more than a month without an aircon, in the blistering heat and Quicksure doesn't have any competent staff who can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. They make all kind of excuses and don't take their service providers to task if they have failed to honour their obligations. They allow us to be abused by service providers who use foul language and abuse us telephonically and don't take responsibility for poor workmanship. Quicksure has taken a month and still they haven't got my aircon repaired or replaced. They should remove the service provider from their data base because we don't pay insurance for this kind of stress. We want peace of mind and I'm really very disappointed with QUICKSURE! They are most pathetic and I am very unhappy with their service. NO OTHER insurance company in the country will take so long to finalise a repair!!! Kindly contact me urgently.
