The bad service at QuickSure .

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by QuickSure . I have encountered numerous issues and experienced a significant amount of frustration throughout my interactions with them.

Firstly, when my car was sent in for repairs, there was a delay due to the fact that they team was not satisfied with the pricing of the parts. While I understand the need to ensure cost-effectiveness, this delay caused unnecessary inconvenience and frustration on my part.

Furthermore, when alternative parts were sourced, they did not fit my car for the second time. This further prolonged the repair process, leaving my vehicle in a non-functional state for over a month and a half. Such incompetence and lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

In addition, I was promised a courtesy car by Roelien, one of your team members. I explained that I would not be in town during a certain week but would collect the car the following week. However, when I email her to collect the courtesy car as agreed, I was informed that no cars were available for me to borrow. I was then blamed for not taking the car the previous week, even though I had clearly communicated my availability.

I must also express my disappointment with the behavior of your manager, Elaine. She has displayed a complete lack of professionalism and respect in her communication with me. She even went as far as calling me derogatory names, such as "skat." It is unacceptable for a manager to speak to customers in such a disrespectful manner.

To make matters worse, due to your Quick Sure decision to use cheaper parts, I am now left waiting for my car to be fixed and bearing the additional costs of renting another vehicle. Despite this, Elaine refuses to take any responsibility and insists that it is not her problem.
