Insurance policy still not cancelled after four months!

In July I contacted the broker to cancel my insurance via email quoting my reasons. I didn’t get a response. I had to call her then she asked me to resend the email. I did so and she confirmed my insurance had been cancelled.

Four months later, I looked at my bank statement and noticed that the insurance was never cancelled. I informed her about it. She said I must sent me her an email. Still didn’t receive a response two weeks later. So as we speak, this transaction has till taking place monthly.

This is truly shameful!
