I have an insurance with quicksure through constellation and submit a cell phone claim. The lady by esme swanepoel as a claims technician told me the phone will be replaced, which I don't have a problem with, but I already replaced the phone for my son and wanted the cash. The procedure she told me is to submit a receipt and they will evaluate which I also don't have a problem, than she told me if the phone was R500 the claim phone will still be replaced because of the amount I paid for the new phone, thereafter she become rude and tell me she never said that and that she told me the phone will not be replaced but my monies will be given the me no matter the amount of phone I bought. When I started to challenge her on her statement she put the phone aside and said in the back ground \ek gaan nou gaan rook". I hold on a person by Kobus answered I explain him the matter and this rude lady just decided that she is correct to put me on hold and somebody else must do her dirty work. Such people don't belong in such positions as she don't have telephone etiquette as well as bad attitude and have no communication skills.
