I need a policy document
Hello, <br> <br> I joined your company in September 2014 and I still havent received my policy documents. Now Wesbank is looking for proof of insurance. I phoned earlier today, and was promised that someone will send it. I tried phoning now, but after holding for 5 minutes (no one even answered), I gave up. <br> <br> Please, please, please - you dont need to phone me, just send me my policy documents. <br> <br> Thanks

If your Broker is the responsible person as noted above, we fail to understand why you have lodged the complaint against Quicksure.
