Horrible service, underwritten by Saxon

<p>2nd of September we have booked our car in at Danmar Autobody Benoni to be fixed. End of September Danmar informed me the car is ready but they cannot release it to me because my insurance has not paid yet (After the claim has been approved 3 months ago) the lady at Danmar told me the insurance probably has financial issues. I spoke to a lady at Quicksure that told me they do not have financial problems they are waiting for Invoices from Danmar. Which I requested myself and sent it to Quicksure. A week later I followed up with Quicksure and was told they requested payment to Danmar. Again I followed up today and a lady said Quicksure is underwritten by Saxon insurance. They have financial problems. A few months ago Saxon wanted to handle all their own claims but realised they cannot, so all policies was handed back to Quicksure, now they are sitting with back-log of claims that has not been paid yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also spoke to the Manager who said she will look what is happening but unfortunately NO-ONE can give me a date of when my claim will be paid to Danmar so that I can get my car back. My car has been fixed and ready for 2 weeks now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Quicksure also explained that Saxon gives them (let's say R200 000.00) a week which they must use to pay claims. Due to the fact that Saxon never paid claims they have to now start paying old claims first. Another reason why they cannot give me a date of when my claim will be resolved.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have now paid 2 CAR PAYMENTS + INSURANCE for a car we cannot use because our insurance is messing us around.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now heard 3 different stories. They are saying anything at this stage to get me off their back.</p> <p> </p> <p>DO THEY REALISE WHAT IT DOES TO A FAMILY IF THE CAR IS NOT AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>This service is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
