Excuses not to pay out

Terrible company who makes the victim look like the ********. House was broken into on 6 Jan. Bakkie, laptop, cell phone, wallet and laptop bag with a few items in it were ******. Bakkie returned after it was smashed into a tree by the perps. Still no confirmation of what is going to happen, still without a vehicle.

Instead my boyfriend gets asked questions like "are you sure you weren't drunk and one of your friends smashed your bakkie into the tree" But in the same breath my boyfriend is told by the investigator that he has witnesses who saw the crash and saw the perps run away. What BS?!

The investigator asked my boyfriend who else drove his bakkie during December. My boyfriend rep**** no one after which the investigator told him straight to his face that he is lying - so we are the ********* now?

According to the investigator he saw on the tracker installed in the bakkie where we were drving the morning of the break in...well congrats because there is no tracker installed in the bakkie!

He tells us they have proof that the perps who ran away after the crash had nothing in their hands. Clearly you have the wrong "proof" cause we were there.

Apparently he also has proof that damage to one of the doors and the back of the bakkie were already there before the crash but he is not allowed to provide so called proof to us - well you must have non-existing cameras that cofirms this? Oh wait if there were cameras in the complex it would confirm EVERYTHING we have told you!

We have a case number from the police and affidavits explaining what happened. Why in hell would we **** the ******* just so I have to go through the schlep of getting my ID, driver's license, bank cards all over again?! I was present during all of it but not once have I been contacted to confirm the events - what kind af a ****ty investigation is that? We pay our insurance monthly with no hick-ups but this what happens when you submit a claim..all just excuses noy to pay out.
