Excess Refund delay

I had an accident on the 3rd June 2015 and my policy stated that i have an excess waiver cover from the 1st June 2015 but i still had to pay the excess to the repair center and it is more then 4 months later but yet Quicksure refuses to refund me even after i sent them proof of my policy stating that i was covered?<br> <br> How difficult is it to admit fault and refund on your mistake
