Dissapointing

<p>I had an accident about 3 months ago nd was told my claim was approved and given a dealership to take my car to Probeat Autobody in Pretoria now the claim is not paid nd panel beater has retained my car wen i took insurance was told am underwritten by mutual nd federal now i am told it is now Saxum insurance nd was quicksure never informed me about the change it is only now that i enquire nd be told about Saxum that is being liquidated mad for days</p>
