Disgusting service and dishonesty

I have placed an accident claim with Quicksure vehicle insurance on the 20th of November 2015. Only on the 26th November they have send their own assessor to come asses my vehicle and on the 27th the next day I took my vehicle to Autobahn repair center (BMW repair Centre) for quotation as advised by the assessor. Quotation of R118050.51 Vat inclusive was send to the assessor and myself. On the 03rd of December 2015 I received an SMS to advice me that my claim was authorised to take my car to Action Panelbeaters. On my arrival at Action panelbeaters I discovered that they are not accredited to BMW and that my vehicle which is BMW 118i - 2013 model will be fitted aftermarket and second hand parts. Action panelbeaters quotation is at the cost of R81091.17.<br> <br> I also discover that some of the procedures that autobahn quoted on them were scratched out on the quotation on action panelbeaters which that will compromise safety of my kids and my entire family and other road users.<br> <br> When I phoned my broker to find out why my car was not authorised to go be repair at Autobahn repair center or BMW accredited BMW center, her response was they were cutting cost as their aim is to make profit
