Disgusting, pathetic, *********** staff
I have never requested for my policies to be cancelled but Quicksure has cancelled all 4 of my policies without any reason except to tell me that they are doing it on my request!!! This is very strange! I have not phoned them, nor have I written any letter requesting such a cancellation. This means that my 3 vhicles and household contents will be without cover! Amazing. Quicksure, you are surely very SLOW!!! And brain dead or handicapped. Please can you employ people who at least have grade 8 in your company because it seems like all the people have the intellectual capacity of a 5 year old!!! I am very upset and angry because this good for nothing insurance company is very good at making the lives of it's clients stressed and unhappy for no particular reason. I want, NO I DEMAND ANSWERS FROM THESE BUNCH OF NINCOM****S IMMEDIATELY. Please give me a reference number for this complaint as well!!!
This is the umpteenth time that you have insulted and slandered our staff members and we request you to kindly refrain from doing so on a public forum.
If your policies were cancelled, there must be a good reason for it and I will request the staff member involved to contact your broker with a full explanation as to why it was done.
