DEDUCTED MONIES WRONGFULLY!!!!!

We had a motorcycle policy with quicksure.. they never changed the insured amount as they were supposed to - on the 20 th of MAy 2015 the motorcycle was ******. they then realized that the policy was never changed. in return they must refund us money which they wrongfully deducted R 5800 - 00. we have been waiting since the end of may - THey now say i must wait for new national to refund the money to them before they can refund the monies to us. . i say that is unfair - Quicksure and the broker (werner van der westhuizen) should pay back our money and carry the loss until New national pays them out and not us the consumer as this was not our mistake but theirs.
