Claim taking ages

My car was damaged by dogs, logged a claim and it took quicksure 2 months to decide they are rejecting the claim while my car was under they custody(Panel beaters), after they rejected the claim they told me to go get my car from the pb, it has been more than a week waiting for them to settle the pb for storage fees so I can collect and fix my car. I have a pregnant wife and I work far from home, it has and still a nightmare without the car. Quicksure lost it when they moved to Mutual and Federal as their underwriter, service has just been poor!! it had actually cost them more money trying to reject the claim than fixing the car, very funny.
