Claim NN 101/06846
I updated the policy 30 April 2014 as got my vehicle back and told Quicksure was going to use it for work .I reported a claim - 9 March then met with assessor and got quote. On approval queried excess as had the buyback excess product and was told that only 1 of the vehicles had the excess buy back! When queried was told that it was my fault as I should have picked it up as the policy had been sent twice after the update - I however saw no changes and noticed the \overnight "still had not been changed . Also yes maybe I did not pick it up but the EXCESS BUY BACK WAS ALSO NOT OFFERED WHEN UPDATING the policy and advising them that this would now be the vehicle being used for work!!! Really pass the buck!! New National is moving to Mutual and Federal and I know exactly why! PAY ME THE MONEY LESS THE EXCESS!!! """
Belinda explained the position to you and I have personally responded to you via e-mail this morning.
You do not have excess buy back on the vehicle in question, as this was not requested.
Despite me explaining, you have it totally wrong. New National is not moving to Mutual and Federal. In fact, Quicksure is placing their book of business with Mutual and Federal.
I am requesting our claims department to attend to your claim further.
