accident happened 25/03/2016 up til this day nobody as contacted me , I am phoning everyday only to hear she is waiting for the investigator who is investigating for the past 3 weeks. your client knocked into me yet I have to be sorted out after him , if this takes the rest of the year to sort out must I wait FOR MY CAR TIL YOU GUYS DONE? SINDY IS HANDLING THIS CASE. the manager is of no help. this is regards to claim number 115467. pathetic service.
