Car not fixed

My vehicle was recently (09/03/15) involved in an accident and was sent to Noordwes Paneelkloppers in Brits for repairs. Upon collecting the vehicle (05/05/15) and driving all the way back home to Rustenburg, I heard some disturbing noises coming from the car. It also didn't drive nearly as well as before the accident. I informed my broker (Stefan from Celtis in Rustenburg) of this and he followed up with the panel beaters. They claimed that the noise and handling was due to normal wear and tear. I accept that it would not drive like a brand new car any more, but I find totally unacceptable that my vehicle is now rendered useless, since I believe that it is unsafe and not road worthy. I refuse to drive it in it's current state and I am looking for answers to why my car was not fixed properly.
