Car bumped not properly addressed

On the 5th of November 2019, my car was severely bumped by one of their client (airbags came out, ). I had to go to the hospital because of a sustained injury resulting from the airbags coming out. I contacted Quicksure to address the issue and to put me back in the financial state from where i was before their client bumped me. Not only did they reply with emails full of arrogance, but i was offered a settlement amount that is not even half of the damages sustained by the car. I went for a different assessor, but they totally ignore my emails, and so far, nothing has been done by them to solve this issue. I am still left without car and its really taking a toll on my life since i have four kids to take care of. Up to date i am still left with the same situation. I believe i am not the only one in this predicament.
