Break in claim takes more than 7 weeks

On May 2nd I had a break in. Immediately I phoned my broker when i saw that my house was open. That monday she put through my claim and it started processing. After a week and a half they only appointed an assessor, which came out that friday. thae assessor told me that by the following monday or tuesday I would hear from Quicksure about what is happening with my claim. By Wednesday I eventually phoned them, again i was told by Friday I would have an answer. now this already is 3 weeks after my break in. This went on for another 3 week like that. After 6 weeks they finally got back to me with my pay out amount. i signed that same day, sent it back before they went home, and was told in that week I would probably have my money, because payouts are quick.By Thursday still nothing has been paid out. I phoned again to hear what is going on and when I would get my money. no one got back to me. I sent emails which were ignored. it is now a week and a half later and i still don't have my payout for my claim. so in total my claim has gone on for 7 and a half weeks so far and I'm still waiting
