Bad service

477816,I locked my car keys inside the car icalled for help u sent locksmith to come open,to my suprise I had to pay almost R700 upfront,today the same incident happened I accidentally locked the keys inside and I can't get help iv spent all my airtime trying to find someone to help me but the call just hangs up,they keep transfaring me to ppl who also dont help me,I ended up calling locksmith and they said I will only pay 350 which I will be claiming back from you,the question is how is it that I pay 350 when I go to them directly but had to pay almost 700 when using you?I am so furious with your service it pure **************** this is not the first time I don't get help from you
