BAD SERVICE

I had mechanical problem with my vehicle on the 5/05/2015 and called my insurance and the sent a tow truck. When the tow truck arrived they didn't have proper equipment to tow the vehicle.at about 3 am we realised that the wheels of my vehicle were stole . I registered a case docket. 2 weeks later I called the penal beater to find out how soon can my car be ready but its still not authorised. I have been calling my insurance since with no joy. I call the at least 3 times a day I spent about R 60.00 airtime a day to call them and they never call back.Even now the is no feedback and I have no car but the insurance money is debited every month.
