BAD POOR TERRIBLE SERVICE

Absolutely poor service from the broker and the company, My son was in an Accident which happened on 8th of May; took them 3 weeks to reply. After discussions with my son they said they will come and pick up his car and it will be written off....that was only last week. This week they say they are not writing it off anymore and will return the car to him. All this after nearly two months and when the car was picked up they had the wrong car on record! After they had all the paperwork given to them when he started the insurance. For the accident my son had to give all the details and do most of the work that the broker, called Wouter from Secunda , had to do, including the details of the truck which caused the accident. So did the insurance not follow up with the trucking company????? ***! Now he sits with a smashed up car, no payment from the trucking company!!!!
