Almost Two months and only half my claim paid
I had been ****** on the 30/12/2014 subsequently i logged a claim with quicksure insurance they requested all the information from me which i provided in a day.after two weeks i had to call to find out what is going on as the email said for a speedy claim process please provide elevant documentation which i did.Eventually they only paid me R5000 out of my R8500 claim which was approved till today i am being told it will be paid now i have been told they are waiting for their insurer to pay them and they dont know when will that be.This is the reason i have cancelled my insurance with them.

I note that two separate payments, one in the amount of R2500 and the other R1000 have already been requested and are ready to be paid.
I am requesting our claims department to ensure that these are paid as early as polssible.
