57 days later… (Today)... and Counting

To whom it may concern,

This issue starts on 19 September 2016

Under Quicksure insurance instruction my bike was sent to a wrong dealership which didn’t even repair bikes.

This was eventually relocated to Honda Menlyn only after I inquired and had to explain why I won’t pay a release fee at the wrongfully allocated dealership (I didn’t have a choice in dealership).

The assessor phoned me some days later after visiting Honda Menlyn and asked if they can proceed with remedial action under insurance cover and I acknowledged.

He said that they will start with ordering parts…

57 days later… (Today) I phone the dealership expecting that the repairs will most definitely be close to finish if not completed.

Only to find out that absolutely nothing was done and the bike is just standing there at Honda gathering dust in exactly the same state as it was.

The lady at Honda informed me that they have continuously sent quotes through to Quicksure with no reply.

This is utterly unacceptable. I pay my insurance every month… even whilst quicksure increase the premium without my consent.

Surely a follow-up at least from Quicksure’s side during this timeframe… But nothing!!!

This issue needs immediate action … No excuses and paperwork.. I’ve sent through everything that was required…..

The bike need to be fixed before 15 Dec 2016… and the onus is on Quicksure to achieve that.

Else I’ll suffer further financial damage as I’ll need to cancel my December holiday plans (Already paid for)…. Cross country Biking tour with close friends scheduled long ago.

I anxiously still await Quicksure’s response

I prefer emails from now on for track record purposes
