42 days to finalise a claim
Having been a loyal paying customer for years who had never claimed even once in my lifetime , was very disappointed with the turn around time and even though I'm finally getting delivery of the new car , I swear to move all my cars to another insurance asap , the agent dealing with my claim would blame everyone else but herself when it was so clear from the paper trail that all the delay was coming from her desk. Its exactly that kind of attitude and claim handling that make millions of uninsured vehicles drive on our roads. So ****ed off and it will take a miracle for me to stay with Quicksure and the brokers Oaksure are even worse no update , no follow up !

05 Nov 2015, 08:22Hello GwandeGP,
I have investigated this matter and your allegations that you have not been kept informed of the developments are untrue.
What you have failed to say is that your vehicle was written off in this accident and that we have replaced the vehicle. This in itself is a long process, as the finance house needed an indemnity, quotations for the replacement had to be obtained and furthermore we were awaiting the registration documents from the bank, which we have only received on 26 October 2015. The funds for the replacement vehicle were released on 29 October 2015.
Taking into account that the claim was reported to us on 21 September 2015, it took 26 working days to settle the claim.
