Unprofessional and negligent moving staff

What went well: The support staff were fast and efficient in providing a quote, making amendments, and explaining details of the quote and other services available to me

What didn't go well: The movers complained and fought amongst themselves throughout the process of removing goods. They also moved quite slowly and halfway through the move, the mentioned that the distance between the apartment and the truck was far (more than 50 metres) and this would require additional payment (this was not indicated on the quote or mentioned beforehand). They were also not careful with handling furniture and I found multiple scuffs and scratches on wooden surfaces.
